Chicken Vegetable Stir-fry Pasta: 2 ways!

This stir-fry dish is simple, quick and yummy! And...can be made with 2 different types of pasta for variety.

I used avocado oil and water in a wok to stir-fry the following:

- carrots

- green beans (cut in half)

- lean chicken breast (5)

I added some lemon, salt and pepper in the wok as well with some cayenne pepper flakes.

Then, I took the chicken and the vegetables and separated into 2 batches:


1st batch: Added to Brown Rice pasta

Chicken Vegetable Stir-fry w/Brown Rice pasta

Flavoured with the following:

- turmeric

- whole cumin

- whole mustardseed

- salt/pepper to taste

- extra cayenne pepper flakes



2nd batch: Added to Red Lentil pasta

Flavoured with the following:

- garlic

- onion

- oregano

- salt/pepper to taste
